Highlighting some of Calgary Kiwanis Festival’s most outstanding performers, the Stars of the Festival concert is a final showcase of the talents and potential of the 12,000 students who participated. Concluding with the presentation of the prestigious Rose Bowl, the concert is the culmination of three weeks of amateur competition.
