Event Description:

CBC Radio 3 and The Palomino present this tour of quips and quirks.

Hamilton's Wax Mannequin is often referred to as Canada's finest burst of folk-rock and the song "Everything and Everyone" proves it, while Peterborough's The Burning Hell are described as "Randy Newmand and Cole Porter rolled into one" according to the Globe and Mail and were one of Exclaim! Magazine's 2009 Bands to Watch. For The Burning Hell's dry wit and engaging arragements, check "Things That People Make" for an example. Prarie Cat opens the show with their brand of Beatles-esque indie-pop.
